Refund & Cancellation Policy

BuyMeTokens sells prepaid AI usage. When you buy a credit pack, AI credits are delivered to the recipient’s account (through OpenRouter) and can be spent on AI models immediately. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded or cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record.
1. Digital goods, delivered instantly
Credits are digital goods. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we provision the credits automatically and they may be consumed right away. There is no shipping and no waiting period.
2. Cancellation
A purchase cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed, because delivery is immediate and automatic. There is no subscription to cancel — every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed amount of AI usage.
3. Refunds
Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, purchases are non-refundable once delivered. We will, however, issue a refund in these cases:
- Non-delivery or a technical error:you were charged but the credits were not provisioned to the recipient’s account.
- Duplicate charge: you were billed more than once for the same purchase.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction:the payment was made without the cardholder’s authorization.
Where a refund is approved, any corresponding credits that have not yet been spent may be revoked, reduced, or disabled.
4. Credits have no cash value
Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or converted to money. A refund (when due) is returned to the original payment method — we do not pay out cash for unused credits.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@buymetokens.net within 14 daysof the charge, including the email used at checkout, the approximate date and amount, the recipient’s page (handle), and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve approved refunds promptly through Dodo Payments.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster than a bank dispute. If a payment is charged back or reversed, we may revoke, reduce, or disable the corresponding credits.
